Everyone who contacts Diijk Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what is said.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Diijk Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Email contact@diijk.baby and include:
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
