About Diijk Concrete and How Referrals Work

Get connected with a provider

Who We Are

Diijk Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning new concrete. We help people in Richmond and the Richmond area reach an independent local provider without a long search. The providers handle driveways, patios and stamped finishes. Diijk Concrete makes the introduction.

Why This Service Exists

Busy households do not have time to sort through dozens of listings. A concrete job also leaves little room for mistakes. A poor base or a wrong slope can cause cracks and standing water. The goal here is simple: fewer surprises, less disruption.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what you want built. That might be a new driveway, a patio or a stamped surface. We then point you to a provider in our network who works in your area. You talk with the provider directly and decide what happens next.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to do these things:

  • Give a clear written quote before work is scheduled.
  • Explain the base, slope, thickness and drainage plan.
  • Share a realistic schedule and how long the area stays closed.
  • Respect the household, including pets, kids and neighbors.
  • Follow local permit and utility rules that apply.

Check that the provider carries the licenses and insurance your area requires. Ask to see proof. Do not rely on a referral alone.

What We Do Not Do

Diijk Concrete does not pour, finish, seal or install anything. We do not set prices, and we do not supervise the job. The contract is between you and the provider. We also do not handle repairs, warranty claims or customer service for finished work. Concrete driveway repair or foundation questions belong with the right trade.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners are not charged for the introduction. Providers may pay a referral fee when a connection leads to work. That fee does not change your right to get a written quote and compare. Cost for concrete flatwork varies by size, site and finish, so ask for itemized numbers.

Plan Before Pouring

Before you agree to anything, walk the site with the provider. Mark where cars, gates and walkways need to stay usable. Ask when the work will start and end. Do not sign until the quote matches what you discussed.
